Include the assistant you use, what you tried, the approximate time and the visible error. Remove private project content from screenshots. Never send passwords, access keys, authorization codes or reset links.

Connecting an assistant

Start with the connection guide. Your board’s Settings → AI Connections has instructions for each available assistant.

Account access

Use password recovery if you cannot sign in. If a verification email has expired, request a fresh one from the sign-in screen.

Privacy, deletion or a security concern

Contact the same email address for privacy requests or to report a security issue. Describe the issue without including secret values or other users’ content. Account deletion is available in Settings; paid accounts and accounts with shared rooms may require review.
